Ryan

Ryan earned his PhD degree in chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His dissertation work focused on designing new medicines for breast cancer. He also studied how different solvents influence molecular shape. Previously, he earned his BS degree in chemistry from the University of South Florida where he was an undergraduate researcher studying the rare blood disease porphyria. Ryan has been an instructor since beginning college, tutoring both high school and college students. Outside of the classroom, Ryan can be found in the kitchen, trying to work on a new recipe. He also enjoys playing tennis and exploring the city looking for his new favorite restaurant.
